kids entertainment excellent service negative response pool bar
The service upon arrival was excellent and the rooms were very clean. the kids' entertainment was also excellent. i really liked how excellent the food was. i would definitely go back. It was great!
i found some waitresses at the restaurant not responding positively. that was the only real downside. the pool bar closed at 6:30 pm. i thought this was frustrating when the sun was still shining, though.

The location was good. It was near the beach.
The room's decor felt old and tired. It smelled musty. the air conditioning barely worked. The room felt stuffy. these issues.
